The Project

5 one bedroom apartments, 6 studios and 17 self-contained serviced rooms within a previous hotel complex

Phase 1 March-April 2022

•Complete the Aparthotel refurbishment and start operations

Phase 2 April-August 2022

•Strip out and re-build ground floor into 4 offices and self storage, refurbish an existing restaurant/café –dining area.

Phase 3 2023

•Construct extension for 10-12 luxury apartment building with lift and undercroft parking on the land.

•Looking to select an investor to add £250,000 for this existing project

•Offer fixed return and security on the property. – Our client will pay 6% interest per year and give charge as the security on the property. They are looking for 24 months loan.
